Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment. To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course content.
2. How to Request a Refund:
Send an email to motivationalsoulss@gmail.com with your full name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Policy:
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of your course purchase. After 7 days, refunds will not be offered.
For online courses, raise refund requests within 3 days of purchase if less than 30% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Refund Processing:
Once your request is received, we will review it within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed, and funds will be returned using the original payment method.
5. Inclusion of Processing Time:
To enhance transparency and build customer trust, we specify that the processing time for refunds is efficient. Your payment will be credited back to your account within 3 days of the refund request being successfully processed.
6. Course Cancellation by Motivational Souls:
In the rare event that Motivational Souls cancels a course, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
